Manage and maintain application infrastructure, including .NET applications on Windows/IIS and middleware like Websphere/Jboss, as well as Java/Python applications on AKS. Provide comprehensive support to development teams throughout the entire application lifecycle, offering architectural input, assisting with deployments, and conducting testing. Handle infrastructure setup, including server provisioning, firewall requests, and user access management. Facilitate integration with external partners and interfaces, ensuring secure data exchange.

Drive infrastructure and transformation projects, preparing environments for new application deployments. Actively monitor applications, collaborate with development teams to address security vulnerabilities across all layers, and execute planned upgrades and patching. Oversee core security protocols such as encryption in transit, authentication/authorization, and certificate lifecycle management.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps, Application Support, or Infrastructure role is essential. Proficiency in cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AKS, and hybrid cloud environments is required, alongside expertise in DevOps tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and experience with Git are necessary.

Familiarity with security protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, TLS/SSL, and Identity & Access Management is critical. Experience with middleware and application platforms like IBM BAW/FileNet, IIS, and Java-based applications on AKS is expected. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and ELK, coupled with ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management, is also required. Experience in financial services or insurance is a significant advantage, as is prior work in Agile/Scrum environments.
