This role focuses on the comprehensive management, support, and administration of a diverse range of clinical and perioperative healthcare applications. You will be instrumental in ensuring application uptime, managing user access, and supporting critical system updates and project implementations within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities include provisioning and managing user access in compliance with security standards. You'll conduct daily health checks, perform operational support, and validate applications post-maintenance. This role also involves supporting application upgrades, software releases, and project deployments. Effectively troubleshoot incidents, coordinate escalations with subject matter experts and vendors, and assist with application decommissioning and archival tasks. You will act as a primary point of contact for end-users and stakeholders, providing crucial support for a variety of clinical, surgical, scheduling, and patient care applications.

Essential skills for this position include proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, .NET Technologies, Java, and Open-Source Technologies. Candidates must possess strong capabilities in Application Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Incident Management, and Change Management. Experience in Healthcare Application Support is required. Preferred qualifications include prior experience supporting clinical or healthcare applications, familiarity with Epic-integrated or adjacent systems, and knowledge of application lifecycle management, upgrades, testing, and production support.
