This role focuses on providing expert production support for critical healthcare integration systems. You will leverage your deep understanding of InterSystems platforms and related technologies to ensure seamless operations and rapid resolution of issues.

Provide hands-on production support for InterSystems HealthShare, Ensemble, and/or IRIS.

Troubleshoot and debug ObjectScript, including analyzing failed messages, queues, and routing logic.

Resolve HL7 v2 interface issues, with working knowledge of FHIR and REST APIs.

Diagnose and fix connectivity, transformation, and downstream interface failures.

Perform end-to-end tracing of integrations from source to target systems.

Utilize Cache/IRIS database fundamentals and Linux/Unix skills for troubleshooting.

Manage incident resolution, document findings, and escalate issues as needed. Participate in rotational/on-call support for business-critical environments.

Requires extensive production support experience with InterSystems HealthShare, Ensemble, or IRIS.

Strong proficiency in ObjectScript, HL7 v2 interface troubleshooting, and understanding of FHIR and REST APIs is essential.

A solid grasp of healthcare integration, interoperability, and interface engine concepts is expected.

Must possess working knowledge of Cache/IRIS database, Linux/Unix (RHEL/AIX), and Apache Web Server for troubleshooting.

Demonstrated experience in log analysis, interface monitoring, alert handling, and incident management using tools like ServiceNow.

Exposure to Google Cloud Apigee, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and Managed File Transfer concepts are advantageous.
