Configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow enhancements following technical standards and security policies. Support the implementation and maintenance of ITSM processes and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.

Develop various ServiceNow components such as catalog items, record producers, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies. Assist in configuring and enhancing ServiceNow Vulnerability Response workflows, supporting intake, prioritization, and remediation.

Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams for vulnerability remediation. Integrate ServiceNow with external tools using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, or Integration Hub. Participate in testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot platform issues and maintain technical documentation.

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience is required. Candidates must possess a valid ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules is essential. Practical exposure to ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and an understanding of vulnerability management processes are necessary.

Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts is key. Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies is expected. Basic experience supporting integrations via REST APIs, SOAP APIs, or Integration Hub is required. Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
