As a Software Development Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. Your responsibilities will include performing incident, service request, and change management to guarantee timely resolutions and implementations. You will also focus on performance tuning and developing preventive health checks and tools to maintain a high-availability integration environment.

Key duties involve providing technical solutions for complex production issues, understanding and evaluating customer requirements to develop alternative systems solutions, and coordinating with application and business users. You will participate in client status calls, documenting software systems and SOPs, and managing application maintenance activities. A strong understanding of shift management and client handling is essential, along with working on CI/CD tickets and deploying applications using Bamboo and GitLab.

To excel in this role, you should possess application support and maintenance experience at L2/L3 levels, along with hands-on expertise in SQL queries and RDBMS knowledge. The ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams on high-visibility issues is crucial. You must have a good understanding of application deployments using Bamboo and GitLab, coupled with strong Unix/Linux knowledge and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Proficiency in development or scripting languages such as C, Java, Python, Bash, Groovy, or Go is required. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes commands, Kubernetes HPA, and container management is necessary. Experience with CI/CD tools like Bamboo, defect management using Jira, and knowledge of Confluence and Bitbucket/Stash are also important. Familiarity with ticket management tools like Jira and ServiceNow, as well as monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, and log analysis tools like Splunk, is expected. The ability to create and modify dashboards and monitors is a key requirement. Secondary skills in MSK (AWS Kafka) are a plus.
