Seeking a seasoned Software Development Senior Analyst to manage and enhance our enterprise systems. This role is crucial for maintaining the stability and performance of our critical infrastructure.

Ideal candidates possess a strong background in system administration and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be instrumental in ensuring the continuous operation of our data centers and related technologies.

Key responsibilities include administering Linux/Windows servers, virtualization, storage, and backup platforms. You will implement OS hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation, alongside supporting certificate and secrets renewal.

Monitoring system health, availability, capacity, and performance is vital. You'll also perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and manage user access according to security policies. Executing backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities, maintaining system documentation, and supporting change management are also core duties.

Coordination with various technical teams to resolve infrastructure dependencies and participating in on-call, shift handover, and production support are essential components of this role.

A minimum of 1 year of experience is required for this mid-level position. Mandatory skills include VMWare, ESXI, Netbackup (NBU), Windows Administration, Nagios/MON tools, and Data Center & Hardware Support.

Preferred skills encompass Linux Administration, Shell scripting, Opsgenie/PagerDuty, Octopus/Jenkins for pipeline configuration, AWS, and Azure.
