You will be responsible for monitoring applications, handling alerts, performing initial incident triage, and conducting service health checks. Key duties include basic troubleshooting, log analysis, gathering technical evidence, and coordinating with L2/L3, infrastructure, and vendor teams. Experience with rotational shifts and on-call support models is essential for this position.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in application/production support and IT operations. A solid grasp of incident management, SLA-driven support, escalation processes, and shift handovers is crucial. Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is required. Working knowledge of middleware applications, interface and integration engines, databases, and network troubleshooting concepts is necessary. Familiarity with APIs, batch/file processing, and connectivity concepts is also expected. Strong communication and coordination skills are vital for collaborating with various internal and external teams.
