You will be responsible for application and production support, managing IT operations within rotational shift and on-call models. Key duties include strong incident management, prioritizing tasks according to SLAs, escalating issues effectively, and ensuring smooth shift handovers. Your role will involve utilizing ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident tracking and documentation.

Further responsibilities include monitoring middleware, data, and HIS applications, handling alerts, performing initial incident triage, and conducting service health checks. You will also perform basic troubleshooting, analyze logs, gather technical evidence, and identify appropriate resolution teams. Experience with SOPs and runbooks is essential for executing standard recovery procedures.

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in application/production support and IT operations is required, preferably within rotational shift or on-call support environments. A strong understanding of incident management, prioritization, SLA adherence, escalation processes, and shift handovers is crucial.

Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow is mandatory. Familiarity with monitoring middleware, data, and HIS applications, alongside basic troubleshooting skills for interfaces, databases, and networks, is also necessary. Working knowledge of APIs, batch/file processing, and connectivity concepts, coupled with strong communication and coordination abilities for effective collaboration with L2/L3, infrastructure, and vendor teams, will be key to success in this role.
