NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Software Development Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. The position serves as a PLM Teamcenter & CAD/CAE Support Consultant, responsible for maintaining system stability, managing upgrades, and fostering collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and IT departments. You will play a key role in supporting product development initiatives through expert PLM system management and leadership in CAD/CAE support functions.

Key responsibilities include providing prompt technical support and resolving issues for Teamcenter users, managing user access, permissions, and data integrity. You will also be tasked with monitoring system performance, planning and executing maintenance, patches, and major version upgrades for Teamcenter. This role involves maintaining Teamcenter Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE) configurations, administering Active Workspace deployments, and deploying new features like the Supplier Collaboration Framework. Additionally, you will support integrations with CAD and ERP systems, develop technical documentation, and provide training to end-users and junior staff. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance PLM workflows and participation in global PLM projects are essential. A strong awareness of CAD/CAE best practices and leading cross-functional meetings to align simulation outputs with design goals are also expected.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of experience in Teamcenter administration, customization, and support. A strong understanding of PLM principles and Siemens Teamcenter architecture is required. Essential technical skills include proficiency in Teamcenter BMIDE, ITK development, and Active Workspace configuration, along with familiarity with integrations to CAD and ERP systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are vital, as is the ability to lead and mentor support teams. Preferred qualifications include experience with Teamcenter visualization, NX integration, and exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge within automotive, aerospace, or discrete manufacturing domains is a plus.
