Possess a minimum of 3 years in engineering team management and 7 years of overall engineering experience.

Exhibit a strong understanding of engineering practices and patterns across the full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live-site operations.

Proven experience partnering with product or program management teams.
