Collaborate closely with Product Management and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Spearhead strategic planning, efficient resource allocation, and comprehensive roadmap development. Effectively manage stakeholders and facilitate clear communication across various organizational levels. Mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent, supporting their career progression. A minimum of 7 years in engineering, including over 3 years in engineering team management. Extensive experience (8+ years) leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services. Proficiency in full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations. Proven experience partnering effectively with product or program management teams to deliver successful outcomes.
