Lead a high-performing engineering team, defining the technical roadmap and delivering systems that directly impact customer engagement with live sports. Collaborate closely with product, design, and partner teams across time zones to tackle challenging, high-impact problems.

Own the complete technology lifecycle for critical systems, from development to operations. Drive technical innovation, mentor engineers, and ensure engineering excellence through robust practices and problem-solving.

Manage the team's strategy, including hiring, performance management, and professional development. Ensure proactive risk mitigation and efficient delivery of large-scale systems.

Requires a minimum of 7 years in engineering, with at least 3 years in engineering team management. Proven experience of 8+ years in defining and developing multi-tier web services is essential.

Familiarity with comprehensive engineering practices for the entire development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and live site operations, is required.

Demonstrated ability to partner with product or program management teams and experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on patterns, reliability, and scaling, are key qualifications.
