We are seeking individuals with at least two years of experience managing engineering teams and a minimum of seven years in software engineering or related roles.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of engineering practices and patterns applicable to the entire software, hardware, and network development lifecycle. This includes proficiency in coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations.
Preferred qualifications include experience in communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements, articulate software features, technical designs, and product strategy. A Bachelor's degree is also preferred, along with over eight years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services and a background in partnering with product or program management teams.
