Join a dynamic, cross-functional team comprising Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and more. You will drive the technical strategy and long-term vision for your charter, working closely with Product, Business, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.

Drive the foundational architecture overhaul for key areas including Incentives, Fee Change Management, Fee Expansion, and AWD Fees.

Lead a team of 10-12 engineers, fostering collaboration with scientists and analysts to build advanced solutions.

Design and implement event-driven systems, self-service tooling, and scalable infrastructure for processing billions of financial transactions.

Shape the adoption and scaling of Generative AI capabilities within the team's architecture to enhance efficiency and product differentiation.

Possess a minimum of 3 years in engineering team management and 7 years of overall engineering experience.

Hold at least 8 years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of full software development lifecycle engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and live operations.

Proven experience partnering with product or program management teams and designing/architecting new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling considerations.
