- Guide your team in AI-native design, development, testing, and deployment of the Signal Suite to automate payments regulatory compliance activities. - Recruit, hire, mentor, and coach Software Development Engineers to build a high-performing team. - Contribute to software team roadmaps and develop innovative customer experiences. - Shape the Compliance software product by driving transformation in product development processes and adopting AI for end-to-end delivery. - Develop mechanisms and tools essential for the delivery and maintenance of the Signal Suite. - Own operational excellence metrics and support for your team's software products. - Ensure cohesive strategy and execution by driving alignment with partner teams.

- Possess at least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams and 7 years of overall engineering experience. - Demonstrate 8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services. - Exhibit strong knowledge of engineering practices and patterns across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live-site operations. - Proven experience partnering with product or program management teams. - Expertise in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling. - Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale. - Solid background in operational excellence, security compliance, and distributed systems resiliency.
