Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Product and Program Managers to refine team vision and strategy, and applying Agile principles to manage the development lifecycle of applications and services. Effective communication of project plans and delivery commitments is key, as is nurturing and enhancing a best-of-class software development team through mentorship and strategic staffing.

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services, complemented by significant experience in engineering team management. A comprehensive understanding of engineering practices and patterns across the full software development lifecycle is essential.

Key qualifications include experience partnering with product or program management teams and a proven ability to design or architect new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
