Lead and nurture a team of over 10 Software Development Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.

Drive the successful delivery of multiple high-impact annual objectives, collaborating closely with Product and Operations teams to define the team's strategic roadmap.

Take ownership of operational and engineering excellence for the team, managing existing services while architecting robust new solutions for upcoming global product launches.

Possess at least 4 years of experience managing engineering teams and a total of 7 years in engineering roles.

Demonstrate 8+ years of experience leading the design and development of multi-tier web services.

Exhibit a strong understanding of engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, reviews, source control, builds, testing, certification, and live site operations.

Have prior experience partnering with product or program management teams and designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scalability.
