A minimum of 3 years in engineering team management.

Possess at least 7 years of overall engineering experience.

Exhibit a strong understanding of engineering best practices and patterns across the entire software, hardware, and network development lifecycle. This includes proficiency in coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations.

Proven experience partnering effectively with product or program management teams.
