As a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading, hiring, and developing a team of 8+ engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring engineering excellence. You will own the product and technical roadmap for billing corrections and offline payments, transitioning from current manual processes to fully automated, self-service, and agentic experiences.

Drive operational excellence within tier-1 billing systems where precision and uptime directly impact advertiser trust and Amazon's revenue. You will play a key role in shaping how Generative AI and AI agents interact safely with financial systems, emphasizing automation with robust auditability, guardrails, and zero tolerance for financial errors.

Collaborate extensively with Finance, Accounting, FinOps, and various ad-product teams worldwide to address the root causes of correction volumes, not just accelerate processing. You will act as a player-coach, contributing technically to design reviews while dedicating significant energy to people management, roadmap strategy, and delivery execution.

Additionally, a Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is necessary.
