Drive critical architectural decisions to ensure systems are highly available, scalable, and resilient. Develop and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, executing projects within an Agile framework and engaging in executive business reviews. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, managing complex business requirements and clearly communicating risks and solutions.

A minimum of 7 years in engineering, with at least 3 years managing engineering teams, is required. You should have 8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services. A strong understanding of engineering practices across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing, and operations, is essential.

Proven experience partnering with product or program management teams is necessary. Additionally, demonstrated experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including the application of design patterns, reliability, and scaling principles, is a key requirement for this role.
