A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience is required, with at least 3 years in engineering team management. Additionally, 8+ years of experience in defining and developing multi-tier web services is essential.

This includes proficiency in coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations.
