Lead the development of new services for end-to-end travel and expense management, incorporating AI capabilities like intelligent policy guidance and automated expense categorization. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Scientists to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that simplify global travel, events, and expense management. Key responsibilities include shaping architectural decisions, driving AI adoption, designing secure and scalable systems, and leading a high-performing engineering team.

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager with a minimum of 3 years in engineering team management and 7 years of overall engineering experience, including 8 years leading multi-tier web service development. A strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and operations, is essential. Experience partnering with product or program management teams and designing scalable systems is required. Preferred qualifications include experience communicating with stakeholders, recruiting, hiring, and mentoring engineering talent.
