A minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering team management. Over 7 years of overall engineering experience. More than 8 years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services. Proficiency in engineering practices and patterns across the full software, hardware, and network development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations. Demonstrated experience partnering effectively with product or program management teams. Proven experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability.
