We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader with a proven track record in team management and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. A minimum of 3 years in engineering team management and 7 years of overall engineering experience is required.

Essential qualifications include 8+ years of experience in defining and developing multi-tier web services. Proficiency in engineering practices such as coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live-site operations is crucial. Experience partnering with product or program management teams and a strong background in designing or architecting scalable and reliable systems are also fundamental requirements.
