We are seeking a dynamic Software Development Manager to lead our EU INTech Delivery Speed Tech team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role is for a visionary leader passionate about tackling complex, global-scale challenges in delivery experience. You will be instrumental in owning and delivering key components, guiding the team through design, development, and support of innovative software applications. Your leadership will shape business direction, elevate software development practices, and uphold a high standard of quality and operational excellence.

As a Software Development Manager, you will: - Lead the hiring and professional development of an engineering team focused on design, development, and operations. - Mentor and manage engineers, fostering organizational health and individual career growth. - Participate in strategic planning to achieve technical and business objectives, defining technical direction and managing resource allocation across multiple teams. - Drive design reviews and provide constructive feedback on architecture, design, and operational aspects. - Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product leaders, program managers, and customers to deliver impactful solutions.

To excel in this position, you should possess: - A strong foundation in engineering practices and patterns across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and live-site operations. - A minimum of 10 years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services. - At least 4 years of experience in engineering team management. - A minimum of 7 years of overall engineering experience. - Proven experience partnering with product or program management teams. - Demonstrated experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on patterns, reliability, and scalability. - Excellent leadership, prioritization, and communication skills, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering results.
