Lead and nurture a team of Software Development Engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement across the mobile-cloud stack.

Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery and platform capabilities for Amazon's emerging personal devices, including smart eyewear and other wearables.

Drive the technical strategy and architecture for mobile applications (Android, iOS, React Native) and cloud services, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to bring high-impact features from concept to launch.

Uphold rigorous engineering standards through design reviews and best practices, while actively identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.

A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience and 3 years in engineering team management is required.

Demonstrated experience, 8+ years, in leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.

Proficiency in engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.

Proven ability to partner effectively with product or program management teams.

Experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
