Define and execute AI strategies to accelerate engineering workflows, piloting innovative tools and scaling successful practices for measurable productivity gains. Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of large-scale, business-critical software systems, providing technical and architectural oversight. Act as the on-site cultural and strategic leader for all engineers, fostering collaboration and representing the site in global forums.

A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering team management, is required. You should possess 8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services. A strong understanding of full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations, is essential.

Experience partnering with product or program management teams and designing or architecting new and existing systems (considering patterns, reliability, and scaling) are crucial. Preferred qualifications include experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership regarding requirements, features, designs, and strategy, as well as experience recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is a plus.
