We seek a seasoned leader with a minimum of 7 years in engineering and 3+ years managing engineering teams. Proven experience in leading the development of multi-tier web services is essential. A deep understanding of software development life cycle practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and live site operations, is required. Experience partnering with product or program management teams and a strong background in designing or architecting scalable and reliable systems are also key qualifications. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
