Lead and manage a team of 7+ engineers, fostering open communication and collaboration. Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, product quality, and processes. Provide career growth and development opportunities, including building succession plans. Collaborate with Product Management and other engineering teams to deliver software products that meet defined requirements.

Offer technical leadership in design, architecture, and code reviews, embedding engineering best practices. Determine staffing needs for scrum teams and facilitate necessary training. Oversee the hiring of software engineers for agile development teams. Mentor, train, and motivate engineers to enhance technical skills and stay current with technology trends. Conduct annual performance reviews and participate in campus and industry hiring drives.

Resolve customer issues according to defined service level agreements. Ensure the timely delivery of committed features and project objectives. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering or an equivalent qualification is required. Possess 9+ years of software development experience in a technical capacity.

Demonstrate expertise in JavaScript, with hands-on experience in TypeScript and a solid understanding of modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Proficiency in either Java or C# is essential. Experience with AI development tools like Cline and Codex, along with expertise in creating agents or skills, is highly valued.

Exhibit mastery in designing complex solutions, conducting code reviews, and providing architectural input for team-wide and cross-location projects. Define branching strategies and drive cross-team initiatives. Familiarity with the testing pyramid, test plans, automation, code coverage, continuous integration, performance, and security testing is crucial.

Monitor team productivity and optimize utilization across projects. Stay updated with technology trends and processes, driving adoption and encouraging innovation through knowledge sharing. Ability to pick up and deliver tasks based on project needs is expected. Expertise in Agile methodology and managing scrum teams is mandatory.
