As a Software Development Manager, you will: - Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team of software developers. - Define team objectives by deeply understanding customer business processes and success metrics. - Develop and execute a forward-thinking architectural roadmap while balancing immediate delivery needs. - Collaborate closely with your team to devise optimal technical designs and strategies for complex challenges. - Forge strong partnerships with engineering and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

We are looking for leaders with: - A minimum of 3 years in engineering team management. - A robust background of at least 7 years in engineering. - Over 8 years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services. - Comprehensive knowledge of engineering practices and patterns across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. - Proven experience collaborating with product or program management teams. - Demonstrated ability in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
