Lead a team of passionate software engineers in building and managing highly scalable and reliable distributed systems for AWS DynamoDB.

Develop and execute product roadmaps using Agile methodologies, fostering innovation and delivering new value-added services.

Drive operational excellence by measuring everything, leveraging metrics, monitoring, and alarming to enhance team performance and system reliability.

Mentor and develop engineers, recruit top talent, and excel in day-to-day people and performance management.

Collaborate effectively with product and program management to gather requirements, define technical designs, and articulate product strategy.

Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in engineering team management and significant experience (7+ years) in software engineering.

Proven track record (8+ years) of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.

Strong understanding of full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and live-site operations.

Experience partnering with product or program management teams is essential.
