Lead the evolution of Amazon's Appstore developer experience across Fire TV and Fire Tablets. Champion the developer experience across diverse operating systems and devices, including Fire OS and Vega OS for TVs, tablets, and multimodal devices.

Develop and maintain robust APIs that streamline app testing and submission processes for developers. Lead AI-native pods to accelerate development cycles and foster cultural transformation within engineering teams. Ensure 99.99% reliability for mission-critical testing workflows, upholding the highest standards of quality. Collaborate closely with product management, business intelligence, developer relations, and external third-party developers to achieve shared goals. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of over 10 engineers, fostering their growth in distributed systems at Amazon scale. Define the technical roadmap for next-generation experiences on emerging Amazon devices. Address complex challenges at the intersection of scale, security, compliance, and user experience.

A minimum of 7 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years dedicated to leading engineering teams. You should also possess 8+ years of experience in defining and developing multi-tier web services.

Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations. Experience partnering with product or program management teams is essential.

Proven ability to design and architect scalable and reliable new and existing systems, incorporating best practices and design patterns.
