Join Amazon's Apps Integration Management (AIM) organization as a Software Development Manager (SDM) and lead the Developer Tools team. We are seeking an experienced leader with a minimum of 7 years in engineering and 3 years in engineering team management. A strong background of over 8 years in defining and developing multi-tier web services is essential.

Candidates must possess a deep understanding of engineering practices across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations. Proven experience partnering with product or program management teams and a demonstrated ability in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on patterns, reliability, and scaling, are critical for success in this role.
