Lead a talented engineering team in architecting and developing large-scale distributed technology solutions. Drive innovation and set technology direction for business initiatives, balancing immediate deliverables with long-term architectural improvements.

Partner closely with business and technical teams to define requirements, develop technical strategies, and create software roadmaps. Mentor engineers, align stakeholders, and ensure your team consistently delivers exceptional results within agile development cycles.

Requires a minimum of 3 years in engineering team management and 7 years of overall engineering experience. Proven experience of 8+ years in leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services is essential.

Familiarity with comprehensive software development lifecycle practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations is expected. Experience collaborating with product or program management teams, and designing or architecting scalable and reliable systems is also required.
