Lead a dedicated team of engineers through fast-paced development cycles, balancing immediate project needs with strategic, long-term architectural enhancements.

Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers, align stakeholders effectively, and ensure your team has the resources to achieve outstanding results.

Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in managing engineering teams. A minimum of 7 years of overall engineering experience is required. Possess over 8 years of experience in defining and developing multi-tier web services.

Solid understanding of engineering best practices and patterns across the full software, hardware, and network development lifecycle. This includes coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live-site operations. Proven experience collaborating effectively with product or program management teams. Experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability.
