Lead the development of foundational capabilities for Agentic Payments, enabling intelligent agents to complete customer purchases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Payment Tech and other Amazon surfaces, to design and deliver core payment primitives like wallet integration, tokenization, and agentic deals.

Set the technical vision for your team, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring the development of highly scalable and performant systems.

Influence the broader technology roadmap and drive continuous improvements in software architecture and performance.

Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for your team's projects, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.

Requires a minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in engineering team management.

Possess over 8 years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.

Demonstrated experience partnering effectively with product or program management teams.

Must hold a Bachelor's degree.

Proven ability to recruit, hire, mentor, and manage Software Engineers to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
