As a Manager, you will lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to building, scaling, monitoring, and optimizing our vital systems. You will foster engineering and operational excellence through data-driven insights and a culture of continuous learning.

You will also mentor and develop talented Software Development Engineers, empowering them to excel and take on greater responsibilities, while reporting on development progress, quality, operations, and system performance to management.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on engineering manager with a proven track record in developing high-volume, highly available services.

Essential qualifications include a minimum of 7 years of engineering experience and 3 years in engineering team management. You should also possess over 8 years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.

A strong grasp of engineering practices across the full development lifecycle is crucial. This includes expertise in coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations. Experience partnering with product or program management teams is also required, along with a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
