As a leader within FBA, you will provide strategic and tactical direction to develop cutting-edge features and functionalities. Your focus will be on optimizing seller behavior for FBA inventory management, reducing supply chain costs, and enhancing the customer experience by bringing products closer to buyers for faster delivery.

This pivotal role involves defining product strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with senior leadership. You will lead high-quality execution of software products, architecting robust technical designs for extensibility, reliability, and scalability. Building and nurturing a high-performance software development organization through hiring, mentoring, and professional growth is key.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in software development and team management. A minimum of 3 years in engineering team management and 7 years in engineering experience is required.

Proven experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services, coupled with deep knowledge of engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle, is essential. This includes coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and live site operations.

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with product or program management teams, and experience designing or architecting new and existing systems with a focus on reliability and scaling, are critical. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is a prerequisite. Expertise in SQL/NoSQL data stores and the development of distributed, scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications is expected.
