Join Amazon's International Seller Services (ISS) organization as a Software Development Manager and spearhead a team dedicated to creating cutting-edge products and tools for 3P Sellers. This role is at the forefront of innovation, leveraging generative and agentic AI to redefine seller workflows and enhance their business growth globally.

Lead a high-performing software engineering team in the development of both internal tools and external solutions for 3P Sellers. Utilize cloud computing and generative AI to drive innovation. This is a unique chance to work with agentic AI and distributed systems, conceptualizing and building new products from inception while refining existing offerings.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and global business teams to define and implement a roadmap of impactful user experiences. Foster strong partnerships with other engineering and applied science teams. Continuously explore and integrate the latest advancements in generative AI to deliver state-of-the-art agentic AI solutions.

A minimum of 3 years in engineering team management and 7 years of overall engineering experience is required. You should also possess 8+ years of experience in defining and developing multi-tier web services.

A strong understanding of full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations, is essential. Experience partnering with product or program management teams and a background in designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling are also critical.
