Our ownership extends to end-to-end systems, encompassing algorithms, model building, system infrastructure, author/publisher dashboards, data stores for quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance.

Lead the planning and execution of technology projects and operational excellence initiatives. Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers, fostering strong design and implementation practices. Contribute to shaping the product vision and influencing roadmaps across multiple stakeholders.
Drive the development of highly scalable systems and applications. Collaborate closely with Science teams and actively participate in the full ownership of functional units, including Software Development Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Business Intelligence Engineers/Data Engineers.
A strong background in building highly scalable systems and applications is essential. Proven people management skills and a results-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment are expected. A passion for working on complex system software, a customer-centric mindset, and a commitment to building high-quality, operationally sound software are key.
Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in engineering team management. Additionally, 8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services. Familiarity with engineering practices across the full software, hardware, and networks development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations. Experience partnering with product or program management teams is also required.
