As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining mission-critical systems with an AI-first approach. You will work on systems that protect millions of customers daily, contributing to the design and enhancement of various microservices within risk evaluation frameworks.

Key responsibilities include improving onboarding and operational experiences through Generative AI technologies, reducing the time and cost of risk evaluation using advanced industry technologies, and participating in on-call rotations for critical systems. You will also exercise exceptional customer relationship skills, uncovering underlying requirements, recommending technical solutions, and delivering them on time.

We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in system design and architecture, including experience with design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems. A minimum of 5 years of relevant non-internship experience is required.

Preferred qualifications include over 3 years of experience across the full software development lifecycle. This encompasses proficiency in coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing methodologies, and operational practices.
