The Core Services team plays a pivotal role in assessing and mitigating risks from various bad actors across diverse entities like orders, returns, and sign-ins. We develop self-service tools for experimentation and deployment of new use cases, ensuring seamless onboarding and management globally. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, enhancing, and maintaining critical systems with an AI-first approach. You will contribute to systems that protect millions of customers daily, architecting and improving microservices integral to risk evaluation.

Enhance the onboarding and operational experience using advanced Gen AI technologies. Drive efficiency by reducing the time and cost associated with risk evaluations, utilizing state-of-the-art industry technologies. You will also participate in on-call rotations for essential systems and foster exceptional customer relationships, uncovering underlying requirements and proposing optimal technical solutions.

We are seeking experienced software development professionals with a strong foundation in system design and architecture, including patterns, reliability, and scaling. A minimum of 3 years in non-internship professional software development is required, along with 2+ years in designing or architecting new and existing systems.

Experience in the video games industry, supporting title development, release, or live operations, is also a key requirement. Proficiency in at least one software programming language is essential. Preferred candidates will possess 3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is advantageous.
