As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining mission-critical systems with an AI-first approach. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining systems that protect millions of customers daily. - Designing and improving microservices integral to risk evaluation systems. - Enhancing user onboarding and operational efficiency through Generative AI. - Optimizing risk evaluation speed and cost using advanced industry technologies. - Participating in on-call rotations to ensure the availability of critical systems. - Cultivating exceptional customer relationships, understanding underlying requirements, and delivering optimal solutions within timelines.

We are seeking experienced engineers with a strong foundation in system design and architecture. Essential qualifications include:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, encompassing design patterns, reliability, and scaling (non-internship). - Proficiency across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations (3+ years preferred).
