Possess 3+ years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Have 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting scalable and reliable systems, including design patterns. Demonstrate proficiency in at least one software programming language. A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and a customer-focused mindset are essential. Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations, is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
