Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products and services to market. Design and construct advanced technologies within a large distributed computing framework, driving fundamental industry changes. Develop scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective distributed storage, index, and query systems. Create solutions for running predictions on distributed systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies at remarkable speed and scale. Translate complex functional requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with overall system architecture. Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation through testing, documentation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance. Produce thorough and user-friendly software documentation. Evaluate and select appropriate new or existing software products and tools. Contribute within an agile framework to deliver high-quality software. Mentor and guide junior development engineers.

A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. At least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including proficiency with design patterns and understanding of reliability and scaling principles. Demonstrated experience in programming with at least one software programming language.

Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is also preferred.
