As a critical member of the engineering team, you will build transformative solutions for sellers and account managers powered by cloud computing and generative AI. This role involves working at the forefront of agentic AI and distributed systems, contributing to both new product development and the enhancement of existing tools.

Your daily tasks will include developing AI assistants for seller onboarding and compliance, automating account manager workflows, and managing various automation tasks. You will collaborate closely with product managers and account managers worldwide to craft and execute a roadmap for compelling user experiences. Strong partnerships with other engineering and applied science teams will be essential for success.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience and 2+ years in system design and architecture, focusing on reliability and scaling.

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, C++, or C#, coupled with strong object-oriented design skills, is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a foundational requirement.

Preferred qualifications include extensive experience across the full software development lifecycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, operations) and a proven track record of building generative AI and agentic AI solutions in fast-paced environments.
