You will be part of the Case Management systems team, leveraging AWS services and generative AI to create a personalized and efficient HR support platform. If you are passionate about transforming HR operations through technology, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

Design and develop scalable, secure platform features, adhering to AWS best practices. Elevate engineering standards through exceptional code quality, robust testing, and strong operational practices. Implement AI capabilities using AWS services to automate tasks and provide intelligent recommendations to HR professionals.

Build reliable integrations across HR systems, prioritizing data security and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional software. Take ownership of service operational health, proactively addressing issues and driving continuous reliability improvements. Mentor junior engineers through constructive feedback and guidance.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience (excluding internships).

You should also possess at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, with a strong understanding of design patterns, reliability, and scalability. Proficiency in at least one programming language is essential.

Preferred candidates will have 3+ years of experience encompassing the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
