As a Software Development Engineer on the SDP team, you will:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust data services for ingesting, enriching, and publishing live sports event information. - Construct distributed systems to support high-volume, low-latency user experiences, ensuring accurate event representation. - Create and implement tooling and automation to boost the efficiency and reliability of live event publishing. - Partner with product management, content operations, and distribution teams to enhance sports discovery and viewing. - Mentor new team members, sharing expertise on customer needs, software architecture, and operational best practices. - Drive operational excellence by identifying and resolving issues, and contributing to software improvements for better maintainability.

We are seeking motivated Software Development Engineers with a strong foundation in:

- A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience (non-internship). - At least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on patterns, reliability, and scaling. - Proficiency in programming with at least one software programming language. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. - Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations, is highly desirable.
