Join a pioneering team at the forefront of AI-driven software creation. We are building autonomous coding agents that revolutionize how applications are developed, tested, and deployed. Our innovative platform powers millions of real-world applications globally, having achieved significant revenue and user growth.
We are committed to solving complex challenges in AI software development, focusing on correctness, reliability, security, and scalability. Our team comprises exceptional talent from top institutions and leading technology companies. We seek motivated individuals who thrive on ownership, speed, and making a substantial impact.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the future of software development by enhancing the quality and reliability of our AI-powered products.
You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests for web applications, APIs, and end-to-end user flows. This includes building scalable automation frameworks, utilities, and infrastructure.
Key duties involve writing robust UI automation scripts using Playwright, developing comprehensive API and integration tests for various scenarios, and seamlessly integrating these tests into CI/CD pipelines to boost execution speed and feedback loops.
You will also identify product risks early, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testability and prevent defects, investigate test failures for root cause analysis, and leverage AI-assisted tools to optimize test creation, debugging, and maintenance.
Furthermore, you'll test AI-powered product workflows, including dynamic UI, generated outputs, and failure scenarios, while taking full ownership of quality for assigned features from requirements to release validation. Continuous improvement of quality will be driven by tracking automation coverage, defect trends, and test reliability.
We are looking for candidates with 3–6 years of experience in software testing, test automation, or SDET roles. A strong foundation in programming, particularly in Python or TypeScript, is essential.
Hands-on experience with Playwright or a similar modern browser automation framework is required. You should possess a solid understanding of API testing concepts, including REST, HTTP, JSON, authentication, and integration testing.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated test execution is crucial. A deep comprehension of test design principles, boundary-value analysis, negative testing, and risk-based testing is expected. Experience in building or extending reusable automation frameworks is a significant plus.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills are necessary for investigating failures using logs and traces. The ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, coupled with strong ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and clear communication, are vital for success in this role.
