A minimum of five years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.
Five or more years of experience in leading the design or architecture of scalable and reliable systems.
At least five years of programming experience in a software language.
Demonstrated experience as a mentor, tech lead, or in leading engineering teams.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
